As part of our performing arts community outreach program, CAS leases out one of its theater spaces to outside, independent theater producers. CAS also makes available its spaces not only to CAS student training projects but also to students originating from other institutions as well.
  This beautifully furnished facility contains a 76, fully padded, comfortable seating area with state of the art DMX lighting and sound support equipment, The theater contains a 14'X20' motorized film/video screen supported by a suspended, Panasonic video projector. Perfect for screening of new projects or the incorporation of dual media theater productions.
  The theater is also supported by a fully furnished lobby along with concession area. Box office, theater going data base & valet parking are options that can also be made available.

Rental Rates for all Available Audition/Rehearsal Space:
WEEKDAYS: $20 per hour.
WEEKENDS: $20 per hour.
Free Auditions space for student based function with acceptable proof of accredited institution function.
